1. Acceptance
By accessing Maturr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Maturr.
2. Data sources & not investment advice
All data surfaced by Maturr originates from federal disclosures — SEC EDGAR (CMBS), HUD/FHA, and Ginnie Mae. Maturr normalizes and presents this data but does not represent it as audited, certified, or guaranteed. Nothing on Maturr constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Use it as one input among many.
3. Subscriptions
Maturr is offered on paid subscription plans (Pro, Advanced, Enterprise) billed through Stripe. Cancellation is self-service at any time via Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues to the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not scrape Maturr, redistribute Maturr's normalized dataset wholesale, or use Maturr to make automated decisions that materially impact identified individuals without their consent. You may freely use Maturr to identify properties of interest, build internal models, and contact property owners.
5. Service availability
Maturr targets 99.9% uptime for the application surface. Status is published at status.maturr.io. Scheduled maintenance windows are pre-announced.
