What we collect
Account info you provide (email, name, company), subscription state from Stripe, your in-app activity (searches, watchlists, exports), and standard HTTP request data (IP, user agent).
How we use it
To run your account, enforce rate limits, fight abuse, send the emails you subscribed to, and improve the product through first-party PostHog analytics.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your activity with third parties for their marketing. We do not have advertising on Maturr.
Data we surface
Property and loan data shown in Maturr originates from federal disclosures already in the public domain. Maturr does not surface SSNs or other PII even if it appears in a filing.
